Refund policy

All accessories produced by House of Glanz™, hereby referred to by name or as “we”, “us” and “our”, are carefully made by hand to ensure the best possible quality. Each piece is made to order and as a result of this we are unable to offer a refund.

If a product is deemed defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item you must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s). Please email info@houseofglanz.com before returning any products. In the rare case of any item being faulty upon delivery a product exchange will be offered. If you do not inform us within 7 days (in writing) we shall no longer bear liability to you for the products.

If there was a mistake on the part of House of Glanz™, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
 

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss.
